ORDERING & SHIPPING

When will my order be received?

At Eiraa Clothing, we currently ship within the UK only. All orders are processed and dispatched using trusted UK couriers: Royal Mail and Evri (48-hour Tracked).

🚚 Shipping Times


  • Order Processing: 1–2 working days

  • Delivery Time: 2–3 working days after dispatch

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.

Please note:

During busy periods (such as sales, holidays, or new collection drops), processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

We choose the most suitable courier depending on your location and order size.

📦 UK-Only Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Eiraa Clothing is proudly UK-based and currently ships to UK addresses only.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

If you regret your order shortly after you have placed it, please write to us in the chat or send us an e-mail at info@EiraaClothing.com and we will help you. If you regret your order, and it has already been shipped, you must wait until you receive the order, leave it unopened and then return it.

Can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return and exchange policy? 

✅ Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes! You can return or exchange any item as long as:


  • You contact us within 28 days of receiving your order

  • The item is returned within 14 days of notifying us

  • The item is unworn, unwashed and in original condition

  • Tags, labels and packaging are all still attached

  • You include your order number or receipt

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or colour?


  • Just email us at info@EiraaClothing.com with your order number and what you'd like to exchange it for

  • We’ll confirm availability and give you return instructions

  • Once we get your original item back in good condition, we’ll ship out your exchange

Note: Exchanges are only available while stock lasts. If the item you want isn't in stock, we’ll offer you a refund instead.

How do I return my order?

We want you to love your order, but if something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns.

🛍️ Changed your mind?

No problem! You can return items within:


  • 28 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be sent back within 14 days after you let us know

To be eligible for a return:


  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags, labels and packaging must still be attached

  • You must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll refund you within 5–10 working days (minus the original shipping cost).

❌ What you can’t return:


  • Items that have been worn, washed or damaged

  • Personalised or made-to-order items

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable

🔧 Received something faulty?

We’re really sorry! If your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered:


  • Email us as soon as possible (within 30 days)

  • Include your order number and photos of the issue if possible

  • We’ll arrange a refund, replacement or repair.

📦 How to return:


  1. Email us at Info@EiraaClothing.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll send return instructions

  3. Send the item back (must be tracked)

  4. We’ll refund or exchange once it’s back with us

📌 A few important notes:


  • We only ship and accept returns within the UK

  • Items are your responsibility until they reach us — we recommend tracked delivery

  • We follow all your rights under UK law and aim to go beyond where we can

Can I exchange an item?

You can exchange an item or size by placing a new order or contact the customer care team, they are happy to assist you. It’s not possible to exchange an item by writing on the return form.

I returned my order – but I have not received my refund yet.

If you haven’t received your refund 14 days after you have sent your notice, please contact us and we will help you.
